Report Varroa

The Bee Diseases and Pests Control (England) (Amendment) Order 2021, The Bee Diseases and Pests Control (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2021 and The Bee Diseases and Pests Control (Scotland) Amendment Order 2021 make Varroa a reportable pest effective 21st April 2021. More information can be found here:

I am registered on BeeBase

If you are a registered Beekeeper on BeeBase please login here and report the presence of Varroa by editing the status of your apiary.

If you have registered before April 2021 your apiary has been defaulted as positive for the presence of Varroa.

I am NOT registered on BeeBase

If you are an unregistered Beekeeper you can sign up here or complete the form below to report the presence of Varroa.

How often do I need to report varroa?

Once you have reported varroa in your hives, you would only need to contact us again if you need to change your apiary status to free-from varroa.
